DCs are the same between classes but attacks will be higher on the Kineticist, one point less than the Fighter or Gunslinger. If attacking is important to you than the Kineticist is the winner. The Kineticist is tankier than the druid with master armor, higher hp due to con, and better saves. The Druid, hands down, wins in versatility.
