Do F5 and switch to Shadow Assassin armor and livid dagger. Grind T2 eman in 3/4th SA and revived heart until eman slayer 4.Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. The fractional increase in damage is ( ( (2240+185)/200+1) / (2240/200+1))^2 = 1.16. I'd say sf is a downgrade if you dont have the attack speed yourself, but other than that, its better than ld for single hit damage.
